3 times Belgian Champion

The Belgian Championships (short boats) were held in Hazewinkle on the 28th of april. I participated, for my club, in the lightweight men's double scull (LM2x) with Bram Vanacker. We ended first with a nice a lead on the rest of the field.

The Belgian Championships (long boats) were also held in Hazewinkel on the 28th en 29th of September. With a well trained team of senior rowers from KRB, we participated in the coxless four (M4-) and the coxed eight (M8+). In both boatclasses we won with a few boatlengths in front of the second place, it was a nice end of the 150th anniversay of our club.
