Trials National Team 2020

On the 1st of August, the national trials took place after a lot of postponing due to the corona pandemic.

In the morning we rowed with all the lightweights in the single against each other, also Brys and Van Zandweghe were participating.

I finished first in a personal best time: 7'00", this result was really unexpected. I could conclude that the lockdown had a very positive influence on my rowing results.

In the afternoon we rowed in the doubles, Marlon Colpaert en myself against Brys & Vanzandweghe. We ended behind them with only a 3 sec gap.
